Large comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Able to use the pool and gym at Terme next door. Nice patio, peaceful and quiet.

I liked the position of the hotel, in the park, room is very nice and big as well as the bathroom, the bed is comfy, the pool is small but very nice, the saunas are also very good. The people, stuff at the reception and in the restaurant are polite, talkative and willing to help

Every thing about the hotel. Staff was very helpful and professional. Hotel was exactly what it described. Spacious rooms. Very clean and spotless.For booking.com they arranged a free airport shuttle for pick up from the airport.Surrounding was very ecofriendly. I tried meals from Hotel restaurant and food was very tasty.I willI defenitely recommend Hotel Austria and Bosna to any tourist. I think tourist should not be prejudicial about Bosnia and Herzegovina visit without any fear. Beautiful Country nothing to be afraid of.

The facilities are excellent and the reception staff are friendly especially (Amar and Dino) as well as a girl whose name I do not remember and also the cleaning staff

Beautiful hotel with phenomenal service, everyone made an effort to enhance our stay. We highly recommend the hotel also because of the peaceful surroundings it's located in.

The room was lovely and spacious, bathroom was great with good size shower. The bed was large and very comfortable. What we liked the most was how friendly and helpful the staff was!!! They went over and beyond to make our stay excellent!!! Our family arrived earlier and they let them stay in the restaurant for hours after closing while they waited for us. We got a free airport shuttle the next morning and since we were leaving before breakfast hotel offered us excellent lunch packages. I wish we stayed for longer than just 1 night, I am sure we will be back!!! Thank you to all amazing people working at the hotel!!!
